Innate and the Faith Identity program exists to help a generation in crisis discover who they are and why they matter, through a Christ-centered, scalable solution. Below we outline the problem, our response, and a $2 million charitable capital offering to expand our reach and impact 1.5 million lives.
The Company
Innate is an 8-year-old EdTech company that has helped over 2 million individuals discover their personal identity in the context of education and career guidance. With deep expertise in technology, industrial-organizational psychology, and clinical psychology, we leverage leading assessment tools to deliver powerful self-insight. In 2024, we launched Faith Identity to bring these proven tool and expertise into the faith community, equipping individuals to understand their identity and purpose in Christ.
Faith Identity Program Overview
The Problem
Teens and young adults are facing a growing crisis of identity and purpose. Cultural upheaval, pandemic isolation, and the clash between digital and real-life identities have left many feeling lost and disconnected. This crisis is fueling anxiety, depression, and disconnection across multiple generations.
The Solution
Faith Identity helps individuals discover who they are and why they’re here, rooted in the character and teachings of Jesus. Our tools, guided by a mentor or our AI Faith Coach called 'Abe', walk them through a transformative journey and connect them to a supportive community where they can grow and thrive.
The Opportunity
This offering supports Phase 1 of our mission: to reach 1.5 million young adults by end of 2027 through trusted distribution partners. In Q-1 of 2025 alone, we reached 16,500 individuals and are gaining momentum. Phase 2 will build on this momentum, scaling through existing channels to impact over 5 million lives.
The Distribution Channel
We continue to build a strategic network of faith-based partners across youth ministries, churches, digital outreach, and restoration programs. These partners are actively using our tools and facilitator guides to disciple and empower the individuals they already serve.
