Assessments & Discipleship Tools
Since 1995, our assessment has been administered to millions of individuals in the corporate marketplace, educational institutions, and professional counseling settings. Rooted in the Five Factor Model of Personality, widely acknowledged in the scientific community, this assessment functions as both a diagnostic tool and a valuable discipleship resource. Through the application of cutting-edge psychometric techniques, Faith Identity consistently refines and advances this assessment, adapting it for diverse populations and additional settings. This ensures its pivotal role as an integral component within our comprehensive discipleship tools.
